§.23. Relation to Registrar

Art. 8. The Local With relation to every
thing done by the Registrar in the process of registration the
Headman exercises possesses the inspection function. So likewise the commutative
and the meliorative . ☞ Consult the Table suggestive:
and all discourse which in the exercise of either of these two
functions the Headman delivers, the Registrar at the request of
the Headman as testified by his signature will enter upon the
Register.
Art. 9.10. For any mat branch of official duty on the
part of the Headman, of which the Registrar had, in his
for his own default would have had, cognizance, the
Registrar, in case of his omitting, or wilfully or
through negligence delaying, to give official information
of thereof to the Judge, is responsible, satisfactionally, practically
and dislocationally, as for connivances: he
in like manner as are a Quasi Juryman a Government Advocate and a
Defender of the Helpless, for connivance at delinquancy
on the part of a Judge.
Art. 11. So likewise the Headman, in case of
any breach of official duty, on the part of the Registrar.
Art. 9. So likewise In like manner with relation to every thing
done by the Headman the Registrar exercises possesses
the commutative and meliorative suggestive functions.
