Of the post obit administration function where
has no place the exercise will naturally
upon the Registrar. When has place, which
will only be in here and there on instance it must go
to the Judicatory, and by the Registrar reference may accordingly
in appointed form be made to it. But on the
question of how if so it be that he has an opinion, it may
be so much the better, if to save delay vexation and expence he
would deliver it to the parties: and should there be any
matters of fact such that for receipt and extension
more speedy than could be by the Judge evidence which
