Such are the Of this complexion are the certain evils resulting from largeness. Now as to the dangers appending applying to smallness
the evils certain and contingent resulting from the opposite quality numerousness
— the inseparable attendance of the opposite quality to
largeness, to wit smallness.

1. Evil 1. Danger 1. Inaptitude Inaptitude: to wit On the part of the functionary
by which the situation is filled. inaptitude. Make the
situation of terr of territory to a certain degree small, number
of inhabitants being supposed to be in some of the a
proportionably small, in these situations the total number
will may not not afford as much much as a single functionaries
still less, upon the temporary non-bility system, two
or three at a time, possessed of the minimum of aptitude
necessary and sufficient for the exclusion of evil of services magnitude
