misconduct should
money be exacted of
litigants —
as per Procedure Code

It is not that of on litigants no money ought should in any
case to be exacted imposed: but only that in compensating for
and for defraying the judicial functionaries no money nor any
money should be exacted. On the contrary in the Procedure
Code with the Constitutional Code, money is
in a no small of , and to a not inconsiderable
aggregate amount ordained to be exacted of litigants.
But this is only in case of misconduct on the part,
and for the prevention of such misconduct in future: accordingly
in even of or risk litigation, whether
in one and is the other — and on occasion of every instance
of blamable culpable falshood, whether accompanied with mendacity,
inducements or rashness, under the in for the purpose
of satisfaction, in or both is ordained to be exacted;
