§.7. Damage-preventive function

Art. 3. Damage by ab absentation: that
is to say for want of proprietary care: the proprietor being absent
Examples of case are as follows [+]
[+] 1. The proprietor
is not known.
2 The proprietor or occupant is absent
from the spot, where the property in question is and
3. No other person individual at hand having authority to take charge of it or the person 4. An individual
having charge of it being by infirmity of body or mind incapacitated from as to the management exercise of the function adequate performance
of proprietor being is no not known either unknown, or
to be able to the property to receive the charge of the property or change in time.

Art. 4. Examples of subject matters and modes of damage are as follows —

1. Corn, grass, or other fruit, roots or other Agricultural products perishing for want of gathering in.

2. Agricultural live stock perishing or wandering out of reach for want of sustenance.

3. Perishable stock in trade perishing for want of appropriate
care or sale

Art. 5. Of the Remedies applicable by the Headman functionary examples
are as follows —

. In the case of calamity —

1. Application of the number of hands requisite. For this purpose,
in subordination to the Preventive Service Minister he has command over the radical armed force in his
Bissubdistrict territory, in like manner as per §.5 Stipendiary Army controlling function

Art. 8. Maintain, for or toward enabling the proprietor to take the
appropriate charge of his own property, the Headman will employ such means of communicating
with him as the nature of the case affords.
