Note or Instructions to the Legislator

The Preventive Service Subdepartment being being as per
Ch. XI. Ministers severally §.6. of an amphibious character
belonging partly to the Administrative, partly to the Judiciary
Department, such is the character of the Service performed
in the exercise of their function by the Local Headman.
To the service of the Preventive Service Sub-Department such part of his proceedings
as apply to the case of damage by absentation, the information
conveyed by the record in question may well be apt to appear
irrelevant.
