Art. 10. On For any of the above purposes, on application of made by any inhabitant of the Bissubdistrict
his territory, he may write call in any other inhabitant
to a mutual attendance A person so invited called in is not
obligationally responsible for non atten compliance. But
at the instance of the Headman, the Registrar may will
make entry of such non-compliance; and, at the desire at any time after commencement
of a suit between the parties, at the desire of the applicant, send certificate thereof to the Judicatory.
