Ch XXVI Local Headmen

§. 17. Beneficent advice information function

Art. 1. In the exercise of this function, on application
made to him, he affords beneficent and useful useful information and advice, on
various occasions, to the otherwise helpless in so far as
the means in his power extend, and his employment time admitts.

Art. 2.
Of these occasions examples are as follows
1. The For instance, the applicant has need of employment, and though able to work knows not
where or how to get it obtain it. For the case where the If unable
to work for labour for subsistence, he be his case
belongs to the Indigence-Relief Minister's Subdepartment, as per Ch. XI. §. 7.
2. Money From the estate of a person, lately deceased or become insolvent
in a distant Bisubdistrict or in a foreign country, money
may is believed by the applicant to be due to him, for example on the ground of natural relationship or debt
in the case of debt
and which he deems as his wish is to know by what
course, if any, he will have may take the most probable
chance for the obtaining of it.
3. On an account to which he was not privy, by
the decease of a relative, money is become due to him
from government, and his wish is to know in what manner
to make application for it and proof for it.
