Art. 1. Attached to the situation of Local Registrar is

Art. 1. To a Local Registrar, as to a Local Headman,
belongs the Self-suppletive function, together with
the obligation of keeping it in exercise.

Art. 2. To the situation of Local Registrar apply
the several other Articles which which as per Ch. XXVI Local Headman §.2.
Self-suppletive function apply to the situation of Local
Headman.
