§.2. Functions in general

Art. 4. On the occasion of these the several
functions, by the exercise of which occurrences are recorded,
the a description will be made of the persons by whom
the relative information is delivered: to wit under the head Heads, the following

I. Person or persons by from whom elicited. Subheads
Art. 5. So of the times: to wit under the heads
1. Sex.
2. Names, Surname and Christian at length
or the equivalent, the whole at length.
3. Age, mentioning the Year, Month and Day, as

whether the Registrar's Official Chamber or any and

Art. 5. Of the exercise given to all his several
functions, full and simultaneous cognizance is afforded
to the Local Headman: in like manner as under
Ch. XVI Quasi-Jury §.1. Field of Service and §.3. Functions
cognizance is afforded to the Quasi Jury of the operations
of the Judge

Art. 6 13. In the exercise of all Exceptions excepted, it is expected During the exercise given to his several functions

be present: yet so as for want of such presence the service
performed by the exercise of the function shall not be frustrated
or impaired, or preponderant inconvenience in the shape delay, vexation and expence
