§.2. Functions in general

Art. 7. The Headman or Headmans Depute who is
present at the time of the exercise of given to any one by the Registrar
or his Depute to the function in question will by
his signature make acknowledgement of his presence.
In case of disapprobation he will is free to give
acceptance to the thereto on the face of the record, together
with the reason on which it is grounded. But, he
is not responsible for any in respect of any wrong done

Art. 5. In the exercise respect of the exercise to
