notice might either leave or
make no impression
Nor yet should such notice be regarded as sufficient.
On an occasion in which desire with is intensely mutually so ardent,
and the blindness and deafness it is
apt to produce, so intense, a simple notice will be apt to
slip through the mind mind without having or perhaps
making making any impression. The remedy is — to a set of
appropriate interrogations in detail, which the Registrar
shall be bound to put, and on pain of by eventual dis
of nullity in case of non compliance, extend
such as of time which afford a sufficient warrant for the giving
consummation consummation to the contract.
