1. As to evidence, no such contract ought to should
be suffered to be entered into without the provisions establishment till
of the facts shewn rendered necessary to validity have been
established by appropriate and sufficiently sufficient probative evidence:

as that delivered in the presence of a Judge in an Immediate Judicatory.
