purpose as to Deaths

VIII. Marriage — regarding registration purposes. These are

1. Notification, contemporaneous and perpetual of the
establishment of the each such contract. Say Notification
purpose.

2. Prevention of such the contract in the several
cases in which for that purpose it stands prohibited
say Probative Prohibition enforcing purpose.

To Of these two purposes the first belongs to this
case in common with the others abovementioned

The second is analogous to the crime preventing
purpose which has place as above, in the case
of the registry of deaths.
