§.15.14. XII Birth-recording function.

Art. 1. XII Birth-recording function. In the
exercise of this function under the direction of the Registrar of the Immediate Judicatory of the
territory
he causes recordation to be
made, on the occasion of all births, that as they take place
within his territory.

Art. 2. Heads under which in the Birth recording
Register entries shall will be made are the following

1. Sex.
1. Father's names as reported exceptions excepted
2. Fathers age: as reported.
3. Fathers occupation, as reported.
4. Mothers names exceptions excepted as reported, exceptions excepted
5. Place House where born the description as per Election Code § .
6. Year month and day of the month: and as near as can
be guessed the hour as reported.
7. Persons if any beside the mother present at the birth
8. Person or persons by whom the report was brought to
the Office: their names as written in under the handwriting
or signature of each respectively.
9. Year month and day and hour at which the report is
received.
10. Name, given or proposed to be given, to the child, as reported.

Art. 3. Whether any and what exceptions shall have place will
depend upon the state of the laws respecting sexual intercourse
and its consequences.
