Art. 15. In case Of every case of restoration to sanity record the
will be made appropriate
evidence thereof as expressed in an appropriate instrument, being
elicited and delivered to the Local Registrar of the territory
in the Register of which recordation of the insanity had been made
of the insanity, recordation will be made. Name of
the instrument Restored-sanity Certificate. For the person
by whom such certificate may will be granted, and the conditions
requisite to the grant of it, see as above in the Non-penal
Code, The Insanity Sub-Code, as above.
