§.9. VIII Post obituary §.5. IV Post obit administration, or Post obituary granting function

Art. 1. Post obituary XIII Post-obit administration granting function or Post-obituary
function.
In the exercise of this function, the functionary
on the decease of a person leaving effects in the this Headman's
territory of the Headman in question the Headman
receives
Bissubdistrict, the Headman Registrar receives application, from any person stating himself to be
entitled to the to the administration of those same effects: and whether as testamentary administrator or as
intestary administrator: to these same effects
to wit, to the purpose of making disposition of them for the common
benefit of all persons entitled whether as creditors
legatees or kinfolks

For the law sub law concerning the disposal
to of a persons effects on his decease, see the Right-conferring or Non-penal
Code
. For the need of proceeding on such cases this occasion,
see the Procedure Code.

Art. 2. He thereupon proceeds to inquire whether according to the direction given
in the Right-conferring and Procedure Codes, proceeds to inquire
whether there be any person entitled and disposed to contest with
such applicant the right to the possession and exercise of
this trust. If it be clear to him that there is not, he
accordingly grants to the applicant the appropriate power: if
it be clear to him that there is any such person, or
if it be matter of doubt whether there be or no, he
referrs all parties to the Judge: and in such case and
in every case Art. 3. of such on the Register
makes entry of the Reg every thing that has passed.

Art. 3. Exemplars of the record will on this occasion be disposed of
as follows

1. Kept in the Office, one
2. Of the parties by between whom the right is contested, delivered to each one.
3. To the Registrar of the Immediate Judicatory, one.
