§.6. V. Conveyance-recording function

§.7. Art. 1. Conveyance-recording function. In the exercise of
this function the Local Registrar exercises the powers in manner by the Legislation applies exercises the recordative function,
in relation to all instruments of conveyance, to which by the it shall
at any time have been by the Legislature or subject to the
authority of the Legislature it shall have been ordained the application of it shall have been
to be applied in the Bissubdistrict Registrar ordained by the Sublegislature, exercise
shall have been ordained to be given to it in the Bissubdistrict
Registry.
