§.7. VI. Contract-recording function.

Art. 1. Contract-recording function. In the
exercise of this function the Local Registrar, in manner
ordained by the Legislature, applies the recordative exercises
the recordative function, in relation to all instruments of
contract, be in relation to all instruments to which, by
the Legislature, or, subject to the authority of the Legislature, by the Sublegislature,
exercise in the Bissubdistrict Registry shall have been ordained to be given to it. in
the Bissubdistrict Registry.
