Ch XXX Mandate Bearers
2 F1. Mandate Bearers who

Enactive or Instructional

Art.3. In concert with the Finance Minister and
the Minister, arrangements will be
taken by the Justice Ministers for all Mandates
Judicial Mandates () to be to be delivered, at the
places in which and to the persons to whom addressed by the
several and respective functionaries employed acting as Letter carriers
under the direction of the Justice Commendation Minister.

Ever their purpose, as by any person at large so by a
functionary for their purpose in any other
a letter thus sent by a Judge is from can with as much facility
as if by a form any person at large be emerged to the
place and person addressed.

In concert with the Finance Minister and a Justice
Minister, as above the Justice Minister
take the necessary arrangements for all
Judicial Mandates appearing as it fair if then to and there to respectively to be
delivered free of postage.

On the part of a wishing to for
at the fulfilment of any obligation imposed on him by
the law and endeavoured to be to him by
the mandate of a Judge or natural endeavour will of course be to escape
from the necessary information as above of the existence of a the corresponding
Judicial Mandate. with which by the supposition is not disposed to pay
obedience: so he knows when such information has been received
by him, to escape from the the being to have received it
