(3 §. 1 Mandate Persons who

Art. When in whatsoever character that of
proposed Parties, admitted Parties simple informal — proposed defendant

be declared by the Judge, and allow such proceedings as in the
supposition of its having so would be appropriate, carried on
accordingly.
