§.1. Prehensor who,
Expositive
Art. 1. Understand by Prehensors (understand Judicial Prehensors) are is
a functionary a set of functionaries to whom functions exercise is given by the
prehensor for whatsoever judicial purpose need of person or things
for whatsoever any judicial purpose whatsoever, under and by virtue
of corresponding mandate emanating from a Judge.
Expositive
By prehension understand taking physical possession of, and taking into
their custody, or that is to say constituting the subject matter of their the
custoditive function persons and things, of which under and
by virtue of correspondent mandate issued by the Judge, to whom
they are respectively subordinate such possession is required to
be taken.
