(2 §. Fields of Service

Instructional — Ratiocinative

Art. 4. Whether they be person or things, or both,
frequently it can not be seen whether at the moment of issuing
the Prehension Mandate the proposed subject matters of prehension
be in a stationary or a migratory state, and if in a
stationary state, how some form that states they may not pass
into a migratory: nor in case of imperative, into or through
what other Judicatories the migration may not extend.

Accordingly, when in the tenor of a prehension mandate
at the moment of issuing, the Judge if he sees reason will
insert a clause, authorizing the Prehensor to extend to any
other Inspector or Inquisitor without exception, the
given by him to this his function. At the same time, if
in the individual case in question there be any reason to suppose that in preference or to the
exclusion of others this subject matter in question is in
a more particular especial degree liable to be found in this or that
. the in this case, in and by another appropriate
clause indicative designative of such particular Judge shire or Judge
shires will be inserted: ready as for all other Judicial
mandates in general, so for these printed form in general terms with appropriate
blanks for the insertion of matter to the several
