Ch XXIX Prehensors

Instructional

Art. 7. At the instance of any proper person, acting
by or without commission, on behalf and for the benefit of the a proposed
Prehender — such his friend of the making the necessary advance
stated declared by the Judge as to be necessary for the expense, the
Judge will by an appropriate instrument nominate make appointment of a
person to accompany the Prehensor and act as interpreter as between the Prehensor him and
the proposed Prehender: or be with for part saving of that expence,
he will cause indication to be given to him of persons
who whose residence being at or near to the habitual residence
of the proposed Prehender or any other place at which, at the
individual time in question he it has expected he will be.

Instructional

Art. 8. As the like instance, where the proposed Prehender
is of the female sex, the Judge may will in like manner
make appointment of a person of that same sex to act
as attendant to the person of the proposed Prehender whether
she be a foreigner or a Native: this for the purpose of alleviating minimizing
the inconvenience annoyance to which a person of the female sex may unavoidably
be subjected by being in such sort the way mode in
question placed under the power of a person of the male
sex: of which annoyance will the intensity naturally be in proportion to
the degree of affluence to which she has been habituated.

as per Art. 7. or 8. the Judge will be upon his guard, to be
