they serve are all Judiciary Prehensors

Art. 2. The location will be performed by an appropriate
Prehensor's Locative instrument under the signature of the Judge

Art. 1. Dislocable, at any time by the Judge of the Judicatory in
which they respectively serve, are judiciary-Prehensors, by the Judge that is to say
either of his own motion, or at his instance of and appropriate
demand accordingly made by any other person whatsoever,
of the Judicatory in which they serve, are Judiciary Prehensors
by the Judge that

Art.2. When and as often as it happens to a
Judge to dislocate a Prehensor, the Judge, if it be on his own motion that he proposes to effect the dislocation will cause him
to appear on a day appointed, before him in the Justice
Chamber, and there after any taking his examination, in
so far as shall appear necessary, and if by the result thereof confirmed in his opinion of the magnitude
of the ministerial functionary
will after declaring to him the cause
or causes of his dislocation, and pronounce a dislocative
decree accordingly.

Art. 3 The Judge For mere non-appearance the dislocation
will not be performed. It will not be performed pronounced on otherwise than
in the Justice Chamber, the dislocatee being then and there
present. In case of sickness the examination will wait, until
the Prehensor is either deceased, or recovered in such sort as
to rep make his appearance in the Judicatory without
danger.

Art.4. Of the instru In the case of the Government Advocate it
will belong, of his own motion or at the instance of the Judge,
to secure the appearance in this as in other cases the appearance exhibition
of any such evidence as for the forming of a ground
for the the proposed dislocation dislocative decree may have presented itself
as necessary.
