Art 1. Ministerial
function — assisting in
giving execution and
effect to Government
arrangements so far
as called upon by Legislature.

Art. 1. Ministerial function. In the exercise of this
function a Sub Legislature assists in giving execution and
effect to all Government arrangements, when and in so far as
called upon so to do either by the Legislature, or the Prime
Minister, or any one of the Sub Ministers acting within his
field of service.
