Art. 1. As to Attendance

Art. 1. In respect of attendance, to the several
Sub Legislatures apply the several provisions applied in Ch. VI
§.12 to the Legislature: except in so far as, in consideration
of the difference smallness difference between the quantity of business in this the
comparison of that of the Legislature its the
two situations, the Legislature should may in the instance of this or that Sub- Legislature
think fit to diminish in any way the aggregate of attendance quantity
of obligatory attendance.

Art. 2. In respect of the connection between Attendance
and remuneration, to the several Legislatures
apply the several provisions applied in Ch. VI. §.12.
to the Legislature
