*(1 §.12 Attendance
§.1. Fields of Service
Note
Special grounds which, under the here proposed
Code, concur in necessitating an interruptedness of
attendance sitting on the part of the Legislature and attendance
on the part of all its members are the
following — 1. Receiving eventually emendative and preinterpretative reports from
the Judiciary for the purp com with the accompanying
sistition reports, if any, from the Judiciary, for the
purpose of aggregating to the body of the laws the eventually
emendative and preinterpretative reports, if approved of, and allowing
or disallowing the exercises given to the sistitive
function.
2. Taking cognizance of and watching over
the enactments and other proceedings of the sublegislatures
qf whether + which
to come in
Raciocinative.
But for this interruptedness disastrous might
be the conclusion produced during the sleep of the
legislature by encroachments committed by this or
that sublegislature, or sublegislatures in any number
with or without concert, to the prejudice of the authority
either of this or that co-sublegislature; or
of the Head Legislature itself, or of individuals subject
to the authority of the sublegislatures thus transgressing.
