§§. Sub Legislature Examination Judicatory

Art1 Exception excepted, the powers which
the Legislature will exercise for the collection of evidence
and on occasion, those forming a ground an appropriate for its pr any of its proceedings
an appropriate ground, each Le Sublegislature may, within its own territory,
will exercise.

Art. 2. Exception is — that which regards the
invitation to an Agent of any foreign power: by the Legislature
alone ever this power be exercised.

Art. 3. When by in one and the same arrangement,
existing as contemplated, the interest of two or more
Districts contained are affected , the Sublegislature if any one of them may send
invitation to that of any other, to join in the formation of a conjunct Examination
Committee. Bicomposite, tricomposite or quadricomposite
and so on will such a Committee be according to the
number of the Sublegislatures.

Art. 4. At the instance By authority from any Sublegislature,
an Examination Committee may exercise its
function within the territory of any other Sublegislature: endeavouring
on this occasion
Committee to minimize the interruption or obstruction if
any, given to the proceedings of the Judiciary and other
competent authorities in the District to into which it migrates.

Art. 5 Any any conflict which, on such occasion, may have place
between authority and authority the Legislature
will : to wit in such manner as shall serve be deemed most
be conducive to the aggregate good of the service: in respect conv conjoined
of character of the conjoined regard being had to the elucidation of appropriate truth, and the minimization of delay, vexation
and expence
