II. Under a government which being likewise Monarchical
is not in the above sense altogether pure, the people having or
appearing to have in the texture composition of it a share more or less
considerable, the argument is not quite equally simple.

In this case for the solution of the problem thrones have
been invented and are occasionally employed.

They may be thus denominated and enumerated and denominated

2. The Diagonal Mechanical theory.
3. The Chemical theory.
