Art. 14. In the exercise of such his directive function he
stands inhibited from execution the exercising, directing or
conniving leaving unpublished unnotified any act by which the truth or genuineness
of the memorials belonging to the judicatory might be impaired:

which error in respect of matter of fact misstatement in discourse any shape comes to be discovered,
he makes the requisite amendment correction not by the suppression
of the misstatement in the whole or any part,
but by an independent entry minute, noting the erroneous part
and stating the alteration requisite for the correction
of it.
