§. Judge Deputes
Deputation authorized – Sufficiency of judicatories
Art. 1. For avoidance of delay and denial of justice on
the one hand, wasteful and intolerably burthensome expenditure in official pay on the
other, cluster throughout is the provision herein made for of official
labour in for the field of judicatories: adjusting itself
at all times to the amount of the demand.
Art. 2. Attached to To cause the Judge Of every Judicatory belongs are
the power of locating Deputies permanent and occasional vicarious Judges of two sorts of two sorts: one

Judge by whom he is so located.
Art. 5. He may be dislocated by the Judge principal,
or by any of the causes by which the Judge principal is
located, as per Ch. 8. §.
