§. Formation of the more erudite class – pay of the less erudite
§. More Erudite class, pay – less erudite
§. Less erudite class. Pay – more formation

Art. 1. Of the of the of each of the two
Assessors of the less erudite the pay is that being
the estimated amount of the ordinary of a labourer
in husbandry. In the pay is included the days pay
of every day and every part of the day employed in
that restriction .

Art. 2. The power of the more erudite class greater

Art. 3. To form the class of the more erudite class, a competent time class, some days before before
the last sitting day of every year the President of the Sub legislature of
the district, deposits with the Chief Clerk of the Assembly a
paper signed by him containing a list of such active Citizens
as in point of appropriate aptitude are regarded
by him as most fit to be placed upon the list, and in respect
of pecuniary circumstances able without injury to serve
at their own expence.

Art. 4. In the formation of this list, he make take for the number of the whole any

in due time have made known to him their willingness
