Art. 5. The following are the cases in which he officiates
of course
1. Where by sickness or other accident, the Judge principal
is disabled from attendance in the judicatory; his place in
the judgment seat is thereupon of course taken by this Depute.
2. So when, and for so long as the Judge principal is
out on distant duty, as per

a successor, being located, comes and takes his place occupies the judgment seat,.
4. So, in the case of the resignation or absolute definitive dislocation of the Judge,

Art. 6. According to the direction received from the Judge principal he take officiates

Art. 8. The Judge Depute permanent serves without
pay at the hands of Government at the expence of the public at the hands of Government.
To receive Receipt in consideration of service rendered or
expected to be rendered by him by means of his judicial
authority, is extortion or corruption in his case as well
as in that of the Judge principal.
Art. 8. In respect of hours his attendance is on the
same footing as that of the Judge he is bound to the same
attendance as the Judge.
Art. 9. When in the whole judicial establishment there
exist any functionaries who have served in the office capacity character situation of Judge
Deputes permanent have served the length of the year, no
person who has not thus served in the is capable of being
located in the office of Judge principal.
