§. 4. Ministers' continuance in office.
Art. 7. In case of inaptitude on the part of such deputy
as evidenced by any determinate act instance of misfeasance, or nonfeasance,
the such Principal is moreover responsible.
Art. 8. The Election Minister is located by the
Executive Chief.
Art. 9. He is not dislocated by any authority
other than that of the Legislature.
Art. 10. In the event of the principals being dislocated
by the Legislature his deputy Executive Chief or the Legislature, his deputy officiates in his stead
unless dislocated likewise officiates in his stead by the legislature those authorities
respective.
