In its least mischievous & least unjustifiable
form the Second Chamber is so much pure evil, in its
lease mischievous form namely that in which in this
Chamber a deputy if unapt might as speedily be
removed as in the First Chamber. But in this
lease objectionable form never in any instance
has it been established: the term, during which the people are said led with this these opposer
Generals, chosen not by the people themselves, but by another
set of their Deputies, is several times as long as that given to those, chosen by themselves.
In the U.S. Congress term of service of the people's Deputies
2 years: of the Deputies of the people's Deputies
6 years.

Under favour of the supposed utility of the
Second Chamber considered at a cloudy set distance in Monarchy Monarchic-Aristocracy
and an Aristocracy a Second Chamber the members
of which are in for life, and not dislocable by
the people nor in any way whatever dependent
upon the people comes in for a share of the
favour, and of by the hands of the admirers of them
the more popular Government loaded
with the Second Chamber is recognized
as possessing a future feature of kin to their
own.

is is insufficiency included with redundancy.
