The summary mode, in its those several modifications – the summary
mode considered as a restitution of the partial restoration, though alas but made

magnitude of the danger of injustice by misdecision to the prejudice of the
defendant's side: observe in both modes how the case stands
in respect of delay, vexation and expence.

in idea the form and language of the numerous six grand modifications of the
technical mode, and make this application and pursue it throughout all
its consequences.

If as applied to this or that sort of case either of those
to which it has been applied already, or of those to which it might
be proposed to be applied, and deficiency on the part of the summary
mode: then observe whether in the regular mode those
deficiencies would be have been supplied, and if so in what way and to what
advantage.
