Can it be Is it to be wondered at, if every step taken by the system
of procedure throughout its whole course career should be found to be
in opposition to the ends of justice, when injustice itself

as the standard measure of right and wrong – as the standard of justice?

might as well be accused of heresy, as anything that is
habitually practiced by temporal English Judges, be suspected of injustice.
