Can it be Is it to be wondered at, if every step taken by the system
of procedure throughout its whole course career should be found to be
in opposition to the ends of justice, when injustice itself
when a system of the practice produced by the pursuit of the sinister false ends
of the ends opposite to the ends of justice, is itself looked to
as the standard measure of right and wrong – as the standard of justice?

While this is To eyes which have from first to last, have been
in the habit of considering it in that light, the words of scripture itself
might as well be accused of heresy, as anything that is
habitually practiced by temporal English Judges, be suspected of injustice.
