As often as every thing itself to be or being
to be putting upon laws
which he will find by is not that seats,
but that it is .

Thus if in what ought to be done he may it reading a man reads what
has not been done, and in what ought not to be done
which has not been done, the text itself may, with
the assistance of this short hint, perform the office of a comment.

Should it any such question be asked, as how is it this it can have
happened that in the sight of the legislator in almost every thing they did, men
there and called and thus chosen kept doing that which was evil, the answer,
true or not true, will at least be found simple and
intelligible. What they did was was evil, because they to do otherwise
are that the to do otherwise ability something called than evil, both ability will and ability were always wanting:
had not the will, because they had not the interest nothing will was wanting because interest was wanting: ability was
had not the ability because the not be wanting, because intere will was. wanting

Of this opposition between what might seem interest duty on the one hand, and interest coupled interest and duty, the
answer was as the
willpower on the other, the causes as well as
the existence as will have been have been shewn already
in another work: and for to every thing that will be
in the course of the present pages will be seen
or indicated in relation to established , those
observations, short as they are, may afford a clue.

and alone phenomenon may be accounted
for – accounted for in crowdsphenomena which otherwise would
have been plainly unaccountable. baffled all attempt at explanation

When thistles only are sown, grapes
ought not to be expected.
