Evidence
In this standard species lot of evidence as thus
described two particular circumstances in the character of potential causes
of encrease and decrease or diminution of probative force may be obtained will require
to be noted: viz. 1. the source, from which the evidence
was evidence or say the information – springs in essence and is delivered, and 2nd the
shape in which it is delivered.
In respect of relation to the source again, two particulars again may be observed: viz. its quality the nature
or quality of it there the remoteness of the information
as delivered in to the Judge or others person for
whose use it is destined, 2. the propinquity or
remoteness from of it in relation to the seat of perception: – viz. of those perceptions, the existence of which was is asserted by the it.
