Of the securities in for trustworthiness of in evidence.
§, 1. Qualities desirable in evidence.
Under the general name of safeguards, or
securities – securities for trustworthiness the part of
evidence may be of differs
from one in logical description, but
rooted in the principles, and concurring in their
evidence
I. Thus a set is composed of the Qualities desirable
in an article of evidence: these, for distinction sake,
may be termed the abstract set of securities or the internal securities
in an abstract shape for trustworthiness in evidence.
II. The other is composed of the several Instruments – operations
– the that states of things – the arrangements, legislative and judicial,
which have presented themselves as conducive
to the investing of the subject in question with their those desirable
qualities. These may be termed the practical external securities
for evidentiary trustworthiness in evidence. – the characters that in a practical
shape.
