At the same time, that is well known to him he knows with which be he who he
may, – or what is well known to him – at least but for his own wilful default
he would be knew – what would be known to him – that which he has always in
his hands the means of knowing – means beyond comparison were
ready than any which are possessed by the vast multitude
who ready than at the instance of his tongue, and
by the power of his hand, the great body of the people
are so incessantly and remorselessly punished for not knowing that
that in the case of an individual individually which it has so diligently and effectively been rendered impossible that they should know is –
known – that – in the case of an average individual –
the chances against the truth of the the conclusion, thus built and aceted upon, are
many against to one.

To be assured of this, all that a man has to do
is – to look on the one side of the account at the av average amount, – or even at the minimum
amount, – of costs on both sides which
which a man party on each side a party subjects himself to the eventual burthen
of – or though it were those on one side part only – on the
other side of the account, the amount annual amount of what
an average individual of the labouring class (beyond all
comparison the most enormous class) – or even though
it were of all classes taken together an average
individual of the aggregate of all classes, with the very highest not excluded – has for
his whole him

by forbearance to commence a suit, any
preponderant probability be afforded, of want what is called a want of merits.
