Evidence
Exhibited in detail, and with any a degree of particularity
in any degree approaching to that which would
be necessary corresponding to the importance of the subject,
the consideration by the contemplation of which the
exclusion condemnation here in question has been was produced would
be a have given too long an interruption to
the thread of the enquiry, and occupied a
quantity of and run into disproportionable to out into a degree of extension
altogether disproportionate. Not being necessary requiring to be taken
into consideration on the occasion, or for the purpose,
of any thing that follows, the matter belonging to that head
may accordingly, (it has been supposed) and without inconvenience, be postponed
to the conclusion of this summary, and presenting itself the at
that stage in the character of an appendix.
