which the mass of evidence extracted, from each such examinee
is composed: – some sort of preservative, more or
less efficient, against confusion, designed or undesigned.

In the case of the mass of evidence, delivered in the
and by the affidavit of each deponent, the use of the same principle
of distinctness, or at least of distinguishableness, might
be and rendered applicable employed with equal case. But,
the object quality aimed at having never been distinctness,
always undistinctness, the exaction of this principle of
