As to circumstantial evidence To give present an all-comprehensive,
or even so much as any considerably extensive, view of circumstantial
evidence, even when limited narrowed by the sort of limitation
applied to it by the words to a legal purpose,
will be apt is an undertaking which at first-view to seem may be apt to appear
impracticable.

It may moreover be not altogether inapt to appear
useless void of practical use. Of The matter of fact,
attaches with reference relation to the other matter of fact in question
considered in the character of a principal fact, as proposed
by you as evidentiary of it is it so in reality? it will present itself as such (it be and)
of itself, it may be said: – your presenting it as such instruction is therefore
is of no use: does it not present fail of presenting itself in that character? –
neither in this case can your presenting it as such be
of much any use considerable use.

1. As to rendering the view sketch in question all-comprehensive all-comprehensiveness
as to the giving to the view in question this degree of compleatness,
the task if it be within the reach range of human power, at
is not, at any rate, at present at least, or with the power of the individual by
whom this attempt is made: but the advance capable
of being made towards it, may perhaps however upon examination be found
less inconsiderable, perhaps, than what upon a first glance might
