CERTAINTY. LAW X FACT. Introduction.

I think it must appear no mean recommendation of the course proposed
and exemplified in a preceding Book for fixing the Law in Crimes
of known denominations {by definitions with auxiliary Aphorisms}. But it
puts an end to the perpetual and invidious controversies for about Jurisdiction
