CERTAINTY. INTEGRITY of JUDGES.

It is pleasing to trace the conduct of our English Judges which
from the first was advantageously distinguished from that of //// state line of
their Brethren in other Countries [+] [+] through trifling small (if any thing of this sort can be trifling) or occasional deviations. The History in of these deviations thus paralleld might be useful as well is less instructive than as curious , but is a task which comes within the compass [neither of my ,] was of this design. to that
Integrity which ceases to be heroical , [only]+ + for no other reason than that &c because
unviolated habit practise has made render'd it familiar ++ ++v. North Keep. 288.

I speak all along of private causes : to avoid with abstraction of Crown meddling , even to do Justice, with the present disputes.
