Superior Courts of Justice, which shall have for their
field of jurisdiction that of three or four Departments,
according to local exigency.

Nomenclature This Supreme Court of Revision is what answers
to my Metropolitan or National Court: for I take for granted
the seat of it is designed to be in the Metropolis.

of nomenclature while in the nature of the functions
