Accommodation—Offices to put it into.
I think I see how the case has been in this particular
instance. I know how the case has been in other instances in England At that tribunal at which parties do not
appear in person and that in the first instance there can be neither truth nor
justice. This I shall shew elsewhere more at large. This
the Committee saw: they would therefore have the parties
meet in the face of each other and in the face of
a man who had something of the authority of a Judge.
This was their new expedient of Procedure. And
I will not only acknowledge but I will prove it is
a most indispensable one. It is so choice good an one and got so accordingly so repugnant to the principles that have formed the systems of procedure observed in Courts of Justice
the Committee have built an Accommodation-Office
on purpose to receive it to put it into. But I
want no Accommodation-Offices: I put it into my
Courts of Justice.
