3 The discourse to be noted in terminis The sure & easy way is to note down the questions and answers
in the very words employ'd not omitting even such
questions and such answers as may be thought to be
immaterial.

4 Emotions of persons examined to be noted Note ought to be taken in cas especially in cases
of importance of any manifest change of voice or
countenance in the person examined especially
of a defendant in a criminal or prosecution
or any other emotion tending to afford light respecting
his sincerity, especially in the case of a defendant
in a criminal cause, and the bystanders may
be called in to depose by attest by their signatures for or against the truth of
the remark.

5 The Judge bound to take a record at requisition The Judge shall be bound to make a record at
the requisition of either any of the parties
